Why you should attend my Balance vs Burnout workshop
I’m so excited to host my very first workshop later this month!
It’s being held on August 17 at a beautiful location in Brooklyn, but I hope to eventually release some of the process as an online course that you can download/access whenever you need it.
The purpose of this workshop is to help people reduce the stress they’re feeling around their jobs/careers and to help them develop their own plans for prioritizing a work/life balance. As with all of my coaching work, progress only gets made if you actually put in the time/effort that’s required of you, and it’s not up to me to do the work for you! The workshop will lead people through different exercises and conversations to inspire different ways of feeling more relaxed and making more time for their creative projects or careers.
This is a topic that comes up a lot with my clients who are writers and performers or who want to make a living out of being creative. That takes so much effort and bravery, but it can be difficult when they’re being stretched thin between a day job, or any other amount of different responsibilities.
You deserve to live your best life, and to create a plan to juggle your multiple priorities without feeling like you’re drowning all of the time.
So join me on August 17 to start living your best life! Reserve your seat by filling out the form here; you’ll then receive an email invoice to confirm your attendance.
I can’t wait to see you there, and to help you create a less stressful way of living.
